By exploring this platform, participating in our voluntary lifestyle tracking programs, or using any of our acoustic relaxation tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue your use of our website and applications immediately.

2. Educational & General Wellness Alignment (Non-Clinical Disclaimer)

The 12D Foundation provides bio-acoustic resonance mapping and sound exploration tools strictly for self-guided educational, mindfulness, and personal wellness tracking purposes.

• Non-Medical Framework: The 12D Terminal is a lifestyle and relaxation tool; it is not a medical, therapeutic, or diagnostic device.
• No Clinical Interpretations: We do not diagnose health conditions, treat ailments, prescribe medication, or provide clinical psychological therapy. Our open-access methodologies are entirely non-clinical practices designed to support daily stress management and natural harmony.
• Personal Responsibility: If you have any specific health concerns, are highly sensitive to sound frequencies, or require specialized physical or mental health care, you should consult an appropriate licensed professional before engaging with our audio soundscapes.

3. Core Service Scope & Emergency Limitations

Because the 12D Terminal operates within a strictly anonymous data infrastructure to preserve your digital privacy, we do not track your personal identity, real-world contact details, or physical location.

Consequently, this platform has no capacity to monitor participant well-being, detect personal distress, or coordinate emergency assistance. If you experience an immediate mental, emotional, or physical crisis, please close the application immediately and contact your local emergency networks or community support services (such as 911 or 988 in the United States).

4. Intellectual Property & Personal Use Licensing

All bio-acoustic soundscapes, Bio-Acoustic Tuning™ protocols, and the 12D Sequential Harmony configurations utilized across our platforms are the proprietary creative and intellectual property of the 12D Foundation.

Strict Use Limitation: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to listen to and experience our proprietary wellness frequencies. You are strictly prohibited from recording, capturing, duplicating, modifying, reverse-engineering, or distributing our audio tracks, multimedia content, or terminal software. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial exploitation of these assets will result in the immediate termination of your platform access.

5. Charitable Contributions

The 12D Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity. Voluntary financial contributions made to support our public education initiatives, open-source wellness tracking tools, and community programs are non-refundable. Please consult a qualified tax professional regarding the personal tax deductibility of your charitable gifts.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the 12D Foundation and its respective officers, directors, educational content creators, and community coordinators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential outcomes—including personal discomfort, sound sensitivity, or dissatisfaction—arising out of your voluntary use of, or inability to use, our website, digital tools, or acoustic wellness methodologies.
