Financial Transparency & Startup Phase

Our Commitment

The 12D Bio-Restoration Research Foundation (Wyoming Entity ID: 2026-001871175) is a newly established 501(c)(3) nonprofit in its active development phase. Currently, 100% of our operations are funded through founder contributions and in-kind technology grants. Any future public donations or subscription revenue will go directly toward offsetting these core mission-critical expenses:

  • Platform & Community Hosting: Monthly infrastructure costs for our core website and CRM software to securely manage waitlists, user data, and impact studies.

  • AI & Biometric Processing: While generously supported by an initial Microsoft Azure grant, we incur ongoing usage fees for our Gemini API integrations and AI Studio hosting to keep the 2.5-minute Sanctuary app free for the public.

  • Legal & Administrative Compliance: Annual state registration fees and secure payment processing infrastructure to maintain our standing as a fully compliant public charity.

Once we conclude our first full fiscal year of public operations, the 12D Foundation will publish an annual impact and financial report detailing all incoming revenue and program distributions.
